ZOKOP Windsor 12L Double Cylinder Electric Fryer

Bring efficient deep frying to home or commercial kitchens with the ZOKOP Windsor 12L Double Cylinder Electric Fryer. Made from heavy duty stainless steel, this double fryer has two single tanks, each with a 2500W head, for a maximum power of 5000W. The heating pipe distributes heat quickly and evenly, while the temperature indicator light shows when the oil is heating. Adjustable temperatures from 60°C to 200°C allow it to cook French fries, onion rings, egg rolls, fried chicken, panko shrimp and other deep fried foods. Each fryer includes a stainless steel basket with a plastic handle for safe, easy operation, plus a stainless steel lid to help prevent oil splashing and cover the oil when not in use. Stainless steel residue plates filter out dregs, and the thickened detachable tanks support easy cleaning.
